I bought this for my granddaughter for virtual schooling. Want to know if she could also play her game roblox without it freezing up on her? Or should I return it and invest in another model with more capabilities?

We recommend you check with the game's software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home (or S-Mode if applicable) 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

Hi Nick, This model ships with Windows 10 S-Mode Operating System. Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available (and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you do not need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. how do i get the battery to stay charged for more then 3 hrs without draining. Is there a program running when computer is closed ? i see a blinking light on the side does that mean its not completely off?

Hi John. If you close the Lid while the laptop is powered on the device will simply "Go to Sleep". To completely power down the laptop you will need to select the windows icon to the left of the search bar, then select power, and shutdown. This will improve your battery life significantly.
