I noticed it was previously said that at time of the this products initial release it supported 4800 speed ram. But that was a year ago. I would think the bios has updated by now. Can someone please check and let me know if it supports faster speeds now?

I bought this Lenovo i7 13th gen laptop for my wife for Christmas. I was a little hesitant just because it only has 512 SSD and that is shared with the system resources. Not great! Question is can I expand the internal storage? Can I install another SSD?
