Is the ram of this laptop just 1 64 gb ram memory or 2 32 gb ram memories? Also, is the ssd pcie 5 or pcie 4? and how upgradable it is?

If the 3rd party seller is listing this as a Legion Pro 7i model offering from Lenovo that hasn't been modified, then it should feature 2x 32GB CSODIMM DDR5-6400 memory modules and a 1TB M.2 2280 PCIe 5.0x4 Performance NVMe drive. Also, since max memory is based on Lenovo product offerings, 64GB of memory is the confirmed maximum, although the chipset may support more. For storage, if you want to upgrade, you can swap out the preinstalled drive or install another in the system's open M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 x4 slot.

Am I able to display dock station on the device (2 add'l monitor)?

Since this IdeaPad 1i does not feature a USB-C port that supports video output via DP Alt Mode, if you wish to connect two external monitors, you can connect one display via the laptop's HDMI port and the other via a USB to HDMI (for example) adapter that doesn't rely on DP Alt Mode for video output.
