Lenovo S345-14AST Chromebook: Complete daily computing tasks with this Lenovo Chromebook. I recently purchased a Lenovo S345 (open box) and there seems to be a sound issue when music or videos are played. I have the settings and no success. Are there settings for the sound anywhere?
Be sure the system audio is turned on. There is a HotKey with a speaker with a slash through it at the top right of your keyboard. This toggles the system audio on/off. There are also audio volume up and audio down HotKeys right next to this on/off key. Be sure the volume is up on the audio as well. That will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the specific game. We recommend you check with the game's software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 S-Mode 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

I can't get the mouse and keyboard to connect. What are the steps?
There is a USB 2.4GHz WiFi receiver within the battery compartment of the mouse. Take this out and plug it into a USB port on the computer. Install the included battery into the mouse. The keyboard has a rechargeable battery. Use the included Mini-USB to USB cable to charge the keyboard battery, there is a Mini USB port on the front on the keyboard. Plug the USB end into a USB port on the computer. Be sure the computer is turned on. Once the keyboard is plugged an charging you will be able to use the keyboard while it is charging. Once the keyboard finishes charging you can unplug and use wirelessly.

1. When using the pen in onenote or other applications while pen is hovering over the screen it starts to make a line. Is there a way to stop this? Changing the sensitivity setting from Start > Lenovo Pen setting didn't help.
This appears to be an issue within OneNote: https://onenote.uservoice.com/forums/327186-onenote-for-windows/suggestions/18411958-disable-pen-cursor-pointer-when-writing-drawing-in.
