in the specs, it says that this monitor has 75 hz, but actually it has only 60 hz please correct it. i will be getting my money back

The Lenovo Q24i-10 Monitor has a refresh rate of 75Hz. Be sure you are setting your screen refresh rate properly by using the On Screen Menu for settings. What SODIMM DDR4 Ram can be supported in this system? I want to replace the 4GB Ram with a 8GB SODIMM DDR4 Ram

The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14 Laptop, model number 81W0009DUS, model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. This model ships with 4GB RAM soldered to the motherboard and another 4GB DDR4-2400MHz RAM in the one RAM memory slot within this configuration. Your certified technician can replace the 4GB RAM stick with an 8GB DDR4-2400MHz RAM stick for a maximum system total RAM of 12GB. We recommend you consult your certified technician about your RAM upgrade options.
