Hi, Griffdawg. Apologies for the confusion. The Yoga Book has integrated Intel Graphics, not Arc; although, it's still an improvement compared to 13th gen Intel thanks to the Ultra chips getting better with graphics in that aspect.

For disclosure, this system was not designed for gaming, but if that it is going to be of the computer's main functions, it could benefit you and the teenage boy to looking at gaming systems. Is it possible to open Microsoft Store on this device? I got mine 2 days ago and i cannot update half of my apps bc the store refuses to open. I've restored both while retaining my files, and fully wiping everything and refuses to open

Why is the screen listed as 2k if the resolution is actually WUXGA (1920x1200) per lenovo's product page https://psref.lenovo.com/Detail/Yoga/Yoga_7_2_in_1_14AHP9?M=83DK000AUS. The resolution is not actually 2K (2K resolution is 2560x1440)
Hi, thank you for your question. This is due to 2K being marketed as a general term for display devices having a horizontal resolution of 2,000 pixels. 1920x1200 falls into this category.

Hi, Kid9. Based off Java's system requirements posted to their site, this IdeaPad should work for that use; however, it does ship with Windows 11 Home in S mode preinstalled. S mode will prevent the installation of any executable or .exe file from running on the device for security reasons. You can switch out of S mode to standard Windows 11 Home should it be necessary.
