Yes. The Lenovo Yoga C740-15 has a 720p (HD) webcam built into the middle of the top bezel of the screen. This webcam has a manual Privacy Shutter built in. If there is a red dot over the webcam lens, the Privacy Shutter is closed and the webcam can not be operated. There is a small slider directly above the webcam lens. Slide the tab to the right to open the Privacy Shutter. When the red dot over the webcam lens disappears, the Privacy Shutter is open and the webcam is operational.
