How can i link this monitor to a laptop because i got a hp one but it always say like no signal and the power cable and hdmi is already connected

Yes. The Lenovo S340-14 Chromebook has video out capability to connect an external monitor through a USB-c video out connection. Of course, the S340-14 Chromebook has its own screen, but you can add an additional screen if you choose.
