Lenovo - IdeaPad 1 14" Laptop - AMD A6-Series - 4GB Memory - AMD Radeon R4 - 64GB eMMC Flash Memory

Lenovo IdeaPad 1 14" Laptop: Complete daily computing tasks quickly with this Lenovo IdeaPad laptop. The 7th Gen AMD A6-9220E processor and 4GB of RAM offer ample power to run multiple applications seamlessly for efficient multitasking, while the AMD Radeon R4 integrated graphics deliver quality visuals on the 14-inch HD display. This Lenovo IdeaPad laptop has a lithium-polymer battery that provides up to 8 hours of uptime on a single charge.

Can I watch TV on it?

That will depend on the compatibility and requirements of the media software you will need to use. The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 14 Laptop is an entry-level configuration, shipping with the Windows 10 S-Mode 64-bit Operating System. Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. We recommend you check with the specific media software provider's web sites that you will be using, for their compatibility with Windows 10 S-Mode 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

Lenovo - Yoga C940 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 12GB Memory - 512GB Solid State Drive

Lenovo Yoga C940 Convertible 2-in-1 Laptop: Increase productivity while working with this Lenovo Yoga laptop. The Intel Core i7-1065G7 processor and 12GB of RAM offer solid performance for working with multiple windows seamlessly, while the 512GB SSD offers fast data access times, letting you access saved documents easily. This Lenovo Yoga laptop has 14-inch Full HD capacitative display with 10-point multi-touch operation for detailed visuals and effortless typing.

Why is this laptop only 1.3 ghz speed with an I7 processer? What modification do I need to do to get it to a higher processing speed because I thought the I7 was faster than the I5 but this doesn't seem to be so.

The Lenovo Yoga C940-14 model number 81Q9002GUS, ships with the 4-Core/8-Thread 10th Generation Intel Core i7-1065G7 processor, with an energy-efficient base speed of 1.3GHz and a Turbo Boost Speed of up to 3.9GHz. The user does not need to do anything to access the Turbo Boost speed of this processor. The system workload determines the processing speeds. With the 12GB DDR4-3733MHz RAM paired with the 512GB M.2 NVMe solid state hard drive, this configuration is extremely fast with boot up, accessing files and programs. The Yoga C940-14 also ships with 6G Wide-Range/High-Speed 2x2 802.11AX WiFi capability. If you are getting slower than expected performance, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.
