Will this work with FL Studio 20?
That will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the specific software. We recommend you check with the specific software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 S-Mode 64-bit operating system (Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost.) and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

Can I use the laptop with voice recognition to type ? My grandson son needs a laptop for school work that can type for him.

I have two external displays. Can I have one connected through HDMI and the other through USB C (using an adapter) to have two extended monitors?
There is no HDMI port on the Lenovo Yoga C740-15. There is a USB-c 3.1 version port with Video-Out capability. You will need a USB-c dock to connect two external monitors. My computer will not detect the included mouse therefore setup was only using the included keyboard. We tried several mouses to no avail. It was purchased as open box - excellent. I'm assuming the driver needs to be updated. Any help appreciated.

Can i use my ps4 with this?
Yes. The Lenovo G25-10 monitor has both HDMI and DisplayPort connections for an external media source.
