No. The Lenovo S345-14 model number 81WX0000UX has a USB 3.1 Type-C Gen 1 port on the right side of the device for power only and another USB 3.1 Type-C Gen 1 port on the right side with Video-Out capability. To connect an HDMI monitor, you would need a USB 3.1 Type-C Gen 1 to HDMI adapter.
