Is this good enough for 8-9th graders to do homework?

I’m trying to download apps on this computer and it won’t even let me download google chrome. Am I doing something wrong?

You have to switch the computer from Windows 10 S-Mode to Windows 10 Home to be able to download any APPs from any source other than the Microsoft Store, including the Chrome Browser APP.
