Like many others, I am needing to work from home and discovered that my current computer is running slow. Does this computer have the "remote desktop connection" so I can access my work server?

I activated the free 1 yr subscription per the instructions in a previous question using the 30 day trial button and it did not activate the 1 year only the 30 days. I had read another question and the YouTube video is not what I was prompted to do.HELP!

How would I upgrade the 4gb to 8gb ram?
