Is there a keyboard on the tablet itself?

This Chromebook has an onscreen keyboard in addition to the removable keyboard that comes with the device.

My screen won't pull up the login - where I put my 4 digit passcode. How can I bypass the login? It has been working fine for the 3 months I have had it but now I am unable to get past the pretty landscape scene on the monitor.
