How do you charge the pen that comes with this laptop? There are no instructions and no charging port on this laptop for it. (btw, the pen that comes with this laptop slim pen)
Hi, Angel, sorry for any confusion on this. To access the USB-C charging port, gently pull on the tab at the end of the pen (near the Lenovo logo), and the tethered tab should be able to be moved aside to charge the pen.

Does this have windows 11. - 24h2 . My sons school is not compatible with 24h2 so need to go down to 23h2 or lower
Hey, Sher. It does feature Windows version 24H2, as most Windows 11 systems will be updated to this version to bring about the new system features like Copilot Beta.

It should be able to work with your printer, but for disclosure, this IdeaPad comes with Windows 11 Home in S mode, which for security purpose, will not allow running software that is not offered in the Microsoft Store or in the list of Microsoft downloadable drivers. If your printer needs a unique software for improved functionality, you may need to switch your device to Windows 11 Home or look into a device with Windows 11 Home preinstalled to satisfy this.

Will I be able to download and install software that is not an app from the google play store or pwa?
Hey, thank you for asking. In short, no. The ChromeOS platform only utilizes Google Play Store apps and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) for system applications. You may be able to download other software by running the system on Linux.
