I just received and trying to use this with an older Lenovo All in one and a docking station. I'm not even able to get the power turned on this. What type cable is in the back-doesn't look to be standard HDMI. will this combination work?

Why is the RAM only expandable to 12GB?? In the specifications it suggests that the RAM is expandable to only 12GB, What would prevent me from installing a 16GB SODIMM along with the 4GB on-board memory to get a total of 20GB?

The maximum RAM the IdeaPad 15.6-inch Laptop, model number 81UT00EAUS can support is the 8GB RAM it ships with. Please keep in mind, This model is not user upgradable. Can you use this laptop with an external docking station to view 3 outside monitors (not including laptop screen)? If yes, can you recommend one such docking station? If not, what Lenovo laptop product and docking station would you recommend for this?
