Is the Lenovo ThinkCentre TIO22Gen3-Monitor (Lenovo - ThinkCentre Tiny-in-One 24 23.8" IPS LED FHD Monitor - Black) compatible with the Lenovo ideacentre 310S series Desktop PC (Model # 90G9). Both products were bought online at best buy this past week.

Is the memory and hard drive upgradeable? I have a 1 TB sata drive I would like to install, is that possible? I would like to have at least 16 GB memory. Can that be upgraded?
The Lenovo IdeaCentre A540-27 All-In-One system, model number F0EK007HUS, is compatible with up to 32GB of RAM within two TAM memory slots. The RAM is not user upgradable. The hard drive format is M.2 2280 NVMe TLC OPAL solid state and can be user upgraded. We recommend you consult your certified technician about upgrading RAM within this model.

Does it have a dvd player
No. There is no built in CD/DVD drive within this model. You can use and external, USB-based, Windows 10 compatible CD/DVD drive with this computer.
