We want to load the Zoom app. Why cant we do that?

If it is not available through the Microsoft Store, you will need to switch out of Windows 10 S-Mode to Windows 10 Home. We would like to use Zoom but we keep getting a message that to load Zoom, we have to install Google Chrome. Then the Google Chrome message says we need to disable the S drive. We have Norton Anti-virus loaded. Is it advisable to disable the S drive?
