Can the alarm clock display flash to wake a person, for the hearing impaired?

At this time, this is not a feature on the Smart Clock, but this is a terrific idea! I will pass along to the broader team.

I noticed on the commercial shows the kids room. Do you have to use a nest camera? or it can sync with any camera?

Can I use this without google home. We have wifi. We have amazon echo/eca downstairs. Looking at this for my 15 yo bedroom.

You will need to download the Google Home app to your phone for initial setup. The Google Assistant will also be your tool for voice commands on the device.
