When I am done using the computer, I wait for the green light to go off and then put the lid down. Usually the computer is fully charged. But when I turn it back on a few days later, the battery will be down to one percent. Am I doing something wrong.

Is the battery detachable (able to remove without taking apart the computer)?

No. The Lenovo C330 Chromebook has an internal battery that is only replaceable by a certified technician.
