The computer gets very hot when running a game, is that normal?
The Lenovo Yoga C940-14 has an internal fan to maintain the proper operating temperature of the system. This internal fan will automatically modulate the fan speed for more cooling power when the computer is under a heavy workload. The computer will still get warm when the workload is at maximum. If you feel the computer is becoming too hot, we recommend you stop by your local Best Buy store and have the Best Buy Geek Squad examine your computer to be sure the system is operating properly.

Is RAM upgrade can be done from 4 to 16 GB?
The Lenovo IdeaPad S145-15 laptop, model number 81N3009BUS, is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. We recommend you consult your certified technician. There is 4GB of RAM in the one RAM memory slot within this configuration. The maximum RAM this configuration can support is 8GB, so your certified technician can replace the existing 4GB RAM stick with an 8GB stick.

This is a Chromebook. It uses Google Docs for office type programs. Google Docs is completely compatible with Microsoft Office Programs and this is a free service through the Google Server. If you must have the actual Microsoft Office Programs, you can purchase Microsoft Office 365 for this Chromebook at the Google Play Store.

whats the difference between USB 3.1 and 2.0 connector and which one should be used for an SD card Converter Drive
USB 3.1 is the most recent version of the USB (Universal Serial Bus) standard for connecting computers and electronic devices. USB 3.1 is also known as USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10Gbps). USB 3.0 is capable of data transfer speeds up to 5Gbps. You should be able to use either USB 3.1 or USB 2.0, as the USB 3.1 is backward compatible, so long as the SD card reader you are using is USB 2.0 compatible.
