Lenovo rep. answered my question"How to open the laptop?" sending me a video but it doesn't show how at all. I didn't mean to take it apart, but to just open the darned laptop. Please just explain in English how to open it so I can start using!!!!!!!!!

Take the computer out of the box. Position the laptop in front of you so the Lenovo Logo is at the right front. Notice there is a seam around the device edge about half way down the side of the device. Put your finger at the top front of the computer, above the top of the seam and lift the lid.

One thing I noticed is when this laptop is being charged, you'll see white light near the charging socket. But even if the laptop is fully charged, the color of that light does not changed. It is still white. Any idea?

The light is activated when the device is plugged in. It does not change color.

When charging this laptop it is showing a white light near the charging port. Will that light change color if fully charged? I did not see it change color. It is still white , so I do not know if it is fully charged. HP changed from amber to white.

Skype is installed on this device as part of the Windows 10 operating system. Downloading games will depend on the requirements of the specific games.

Can you view pdfs using Adobe Reader on the laptop?

That will depend on the requirements of the software. We recommend you check with the software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

I bought it on August 5 and still can't open it! Please someone tell me how? I don't want to force it and it doesn't tell you how. It only shows you little figures how to take it out of the box, but then it shows you the laptop already opened! Thanx!
