Yes, model number 81CU0009US, has a Thunderbolt port. This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. There is one RAM memory slot available in addition to the 8GB RAM soldered to the motherboard, so your certified technician can add an additional 8GB of RAM. This model does not have Gorilla Glass on the screen.

No, this model does not have an M.2. Please keep in mind, This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty.

There is no GPU within this configuration Graphics processing is integrated within the Intel Core I-5 processor within this model. It is the Intel HD Graphics 620 version.

Looking for a cheap laptop to update my Garmin maps and to updated my satellite phone anyone know if this will handle that task ?

That really will depend on the software you will be using to do the work you describe. We recommend you check with the software publisher's web sites for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
