Yes, Windows 10 has voice to text capability. Here is a link to instructions for using it: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4042244/windows-10-use-dictation. The search engine Windows 10 uses is Bing. The Browser is Edge.

I have an old CenturyLink home router..........a ZyXEL WPA-WPA2; 802.11 WI-FI Router. .......There was an earlier complaint about "failure to connect to Wi-Fi." Will this machine connect easily to my home router above? Thanks.

Can it handle a Roku for on-line streaming?
That will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the hardware and streaming service. We recommend you check with both the hardware manufacture as well as the software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
