This is an All-In-One configuration. There is a wireless keyboard and mouse in addition to the screen/processor. This would not be considered a laptop or portable configuration.

CAN I INSTALL TV.YOUTUBE APPLICATION AND CAN WATCH TVYOUTUBE ON IT?

Is this computer able to stream off of twitch with the 1080 fps
That will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the streaming service. This device ships with a LCD w/LED Backlight (Anti-glare) screen with a resolution of 1366 X 768 (HD) and a refresh rate of 60Hz. We recommend you check with the streaming service web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
