Is your mouse Bluetooth or does it use a USB receiver? If it is Bluetooth, be sure you turn on the computer Bluetooth 4.1 then pair the mouse per the pairing instructions that came with your mouse. If your mouse uses a USB receiver, be sure to install the USB receiver into a USB port on the computer. Be sure the batteries within the mouse are installed and not dead. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact the mouse manufacturer. Me sure if your mouse is Bluetooth, it is compatible with the Bluetooth 4.1 version on this computer.
