is there a different mouse that I can buy...I have tried adjusting both mouse and keyboard and still having the same problems...the bottom of the mouse itself is way too slippery. Tried to use my old mouse but then the keyboard won't work!!

The Keyboard and mouse that ships with The Lenovo IdeaCentre A540-24 AIO both connect to the same USB WiFi receiver. You will need to replace both the keyboard and mouse with another Windows 10 compatible wireless keyboard and mouse. Use the USB receiver that comes with the replacement keyboard and mouse. If you just want to use another wireless mouse, you will need to plug in both the USB wireless receiver for the new mouse and the USB receiver for the keyboard that shipped with the computer.

The Lenovo ThinkPad T495 laptop, is not on the compatibility list for this dock. You can use a universal standard USB 3.0 dock with this laptop.

Help..have Lenovo all in one& absolutely hate the mouse and keyboard..they are waay too sensitive...double typing letters on keyboard...mouse is so sensitve it won't stay in 1 place...I've tried different mousepads and it still slides all over the place

You can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. If the issues continue, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.
