Can you up grade the hard drive?

This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. Your certified technician can replace the existing solid state hard drive with a compatible, larger capacity solid state hard drive. Consult your certified technician for your options.

I bought this computer two weeks ago and played my first CD today. I must say the sound came out lousy! It was very scratchy sound and not clear at all! Is that the way it sounds ?

If i install a new stick of ram does it need to run at the same speed? Also can any 2.5 SSD fit into the computer?
