Hey, I purchased this computer from best buy, It does have an HDMI Input & Output, I have a problem connecting a device using an HDMI device, Please can someone help, Thank You.

Model number F0DN0000US ships with one Combo HDMI port. The default setting for the HDMI port is HDMI-Out, or setup for an external monitor. You can switch the HDMI port to HDMI-IN by pressing the small button near the port. Press the button on the back of the device and the input signal should now display the image of the input source.

I bought the 4K model and the bottom of the screen in the black bar area has waviness that can be seen in light reflections. It is not actually seen in the displayed images, only in reflections on the screen. It this normal or a defect?

It sounds like you are experiencing screen reflection off the glossy surface of the screen base, not the screen itself. This sounds like a normal effect. You may want to stop by your local Best Buy Store and demonstrate to the Geek Squad Agent on duty, the effect your are experiencing.
