Does it have Windows Photos and Movie Editor?

It has Windows Photos but does not have Movie Editor.

Some of the Lenovo's I've looked at on their website no longer have a PgUp or PgDn key individually -- Does this Lenovo have those keys? I tried to look at the keyboard closely but I can't see it from their pictures posted. Thanks!

The Pgup and Pgdn keys are integrated within the arrow up/arrow down keys. You use the Fn key plus the arrow up/arrow down keys to access the Pgup/Pgdn function.
