I have taken this laptop but it's battery performance is bad it's giving only 2 and half hours backup. How can I increase the battery backup.?

This model has a battery life of up to 5 hours, depending on the work that the device is performing. Be sure there are no unwanted programs running in the background, draining the battery. Here is a link to some tips for finding out what is draining your battery:

If there are no unwanted background programs running, to maximize battery life, try changing your power management setting to a more conservative one. You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life.

I just bought this laptop, but it will not connect to my wireless network. All of my other devices are working fine. Support was not helpful at all and suggested I call my ISP (Verizon FIOS). Has anybody had this problem?

Apparently this is a known issue with Verizon FIOS and 802.11AC WiFi, which this computer has. Here is a link to some trouble shooting ideas. No, this is a North American model. There is a limited manufacturer's warranty covering OEM issues that is valid in North America only.

Does this computer have CD ram?

No, there is no CD/DVD drive within this computer. You can use an external CD/DVD drive with this computer by just plugging in to a USB port on the computer.

How do you connect two EXTERNAL monitors to it? One is working fine with the HDMI port. The second one isn't recognized using its USB-C port to HDMI? I've tried multiple USB-C adapters and nothing works.

There is no video signal going through the USB-c port, only the HDMI-Out port. This system can support only one external monitor plus the device screen for a total of two screens.
