I need a laptop upgrade and am interested in purchasing a tablet or chromebook. I desire to have a keyboard option if possible. I want to maintain Microsoft products. can you recommend a product compatible with my HP officejet pro 8710 all in one?

Will any USB to ethernet adapter work or does it have to be a Lenovo brand named one to work?
It does not need to be a Lenovo Brand USB adapter.

It says the computer has a dvd/CD burner that reads and writes, but also notes that it does not have a built in dvd/CD drive. So will it play a store bought dvd or cd?
The Lenovo IdeaPad L340-15 laptop, model number 81LW005PUS does have a built in CD/DVD drive. In order to play a commercial DVD, you will need to install a Media Player software, as Windows 10 Home does not ship with Media Player software pre-installed.
