Model number 90H0000KUS has two 3.5" bays. One is used for the hard drive the other is for the CD/DVD drive. There are no open 3.5" drives. There is one open 5.25" bay.

You are correct, model number 80YY0074US does not have an SD card reader built in. You could use an external SD card reader by attaching to a USB port on this computer.
