This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. A certified technician can replace the existing hard drive with a compatible solid state drive.

Yes, to create movies and other viewable content you will need Media Player software that does not come with Windows 10 Home. You will be able to copy files to a DVD with Windows 10, as you would any other external hard drive, like a Flash Drive.

Is there a way to hook up your phone to it and watch netflix from your phone but it shows up on the screen?
