This system has built in WiFi. There is also an ethernet port on this device for hardwire connection.

How many years will the battery last? Can the battery be replaced by the consumer?

The battery will continue to hold a charge for 4 to 5 years. There will be a loss of battery life duration over that time, but the battery will continue to hold a charge and be useful. No, the battery on this model is not user replaceable. It is replaceable by a certified technician.

Where is the battery located to get out.My computer will not turn on the site says take battery out and then hold start button. Picture show a laptop but I see no latch to open to a battery.

The battery on this system is not user removable. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the right side of the device, right near the power button on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. If the problem persists, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Can I install video card instead of using built in card?

This system does not ship with a discrete GPU. Graphic processing is integrated within the AMD A9-9430 processor. It is the Radeon R5 Graphics version. There is no space for a discrete GPU within this configuration.
