My 10 year old son is asking for a laptop for Christmas and I am now searching for one that would be good for him. He has school projects and then of course things like Netflix and games. Any idea if this would be a good choice or not?

This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM this system can support is 8GB, so your certified technician can replace the 4GB of RAM with 8GB of RAM.
