No, the Lenovo C330 Chromebook is not compatible with any active/digital pen.

What are the specs of the camera? What’s the megapixels? Is it a good quality?

The web cam within this model is 720p (HD) resolution.

What is "tablet mode" for other than making the apps larger? The description of "tablet mode" leaves the impression you can touch the screen, but that doesnt really work?

This model is not capable of "Tablet Mode" The IdeaPad 330-15 laptop has is a traditional laptop architecture.
