is your smart phone tied up while in use for this app?

Your phone is still able to receive phone calls if you decide to not enable plane mode while playing. If you want to pick up*, you will need to disconnect your phone and remove it from the tray. Once your phone call is finished and you hang up, put back the phone in the tray and connect it to your Lenovo Mirage AR headset. You will see your game and the prompt to resume or exit. Choose to resume to continue your experience where you left off. *Note: on Android, the game will continue to be running while a pop-up of incoming call will show at the top of the screen, the game will be paused when you disconnect the phone from the headset. On iPhone, the full screen phone app will pause the game as soon as there is an incoming call.

Will it work with a 5S phone?

If I buy 2 for both my kids, will they be able to play with each other?

Not at this time. The Star: Wars Jedi Challenges offers single player mode.

It really depends on the programs your daughter will be using. This is an entry level, light use system. It will be good for Microsoft Office programs, light internet browsing. We recommend you check with the games and software publisher's web sites for the programs your daughter will be using, for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

Can the phone have its case on while in the headset?? Afraid the the headset with scratch up and destroy the phone

It is necessary to remove the case from the phone before inserting into the tray. There is nothing in the tray that holds the phone with any abrasives on it.

Can the headset be used to play any other augmented reality games. As others are available on the internet. If you can not play any other games, when will new games come out and how much will they cost.

The Star Wars: Jedi Challenges headset is currently only for the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges game. All game content available at time of launch is strictly within the Star Wars universe. Star Wars: Jedi Challenges offers one storyline taking the player through more than 30 challenges across three types of experiences. We have just announced that there will be additional games that launch in January 2018. They will be a Free download through the game app: New Lightsaber Duels ,New Planet for Strategic Combat, New Content in Assault mode and Introduction of Porgs – Players will be rewarded with fan-favorite porgs in augmented reality.
