It sounds like your Internet browser settings need to be adjusted. Open your browser and up at the right top of the browser screen, within the blue ribbon at the top, click on the gear icon to open settings window. In the dropdown menu that opens, click on "internet options". On the "general" tab, look about two-thirds of the way down the box for "History". Click on the "settings button and make your adjustments there.
