I just set up my brand new product. The battery is currently at 97% & the battery symbol on the taskbar keeps showing "plugged, not charging". How can I solve this please? Or doesn't it mean this product Came with a bad battery?

As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. Hi, any clue on when to expect the next sale on this model? Was going to buy one but price has went up significantly since 2 weeks ago unfortunately :/... How likely is it to see a price drop again soon?
