I have an LG G6 phone. Every time I plug the phone into the head set a screen comes on saying that Jedi is trying to access. I have to hit OK to continue but can't touch the screen with the phone in the head set. I take it out but the problem repeats

Please check your phone's Bluetooth setting to make sure it is on.( tap settings, select Bluetooth , tap the switch to ensure it is on ( green). Also make sure the location feature on the phone is turned on too .(tap settings, select location , tap the switch to ensure it is on ( green). Please make sure that the headset is powered up and the cable connected .Please make sure that the compatible phone is out of the headset when setting the system up for the first time. Then, when prompted insert the phone into the tray and then into the headset. It is very important when setting up the system for the first time to use the "app" that is provided to guide you through the entire set up process. This insures that the whole system: headset, phone, tracking beacon and Lightsaber controller, will be synced correctly. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement cord to connect my Galaxy S8 to the headset. One of the ends became misshapen.

Hello. I am thinking about getting an OnePlus5T Star Wars version as it would fit great with the AR set. However it doesn’t work yet, and I would like to know when we will know of more phones and if the oneplus5t will ever work.

I put the set for my phone is backwards in the vr set. Now it won't come out. How do I get it out?

We are sorry to hear that the tray with the phone got inserted backwards.There is an icon with arrow on the tray that lets you know which way it goes in. If you would like to take responsibility for this action, you can try very carefully to grasp the tray with your thumb and finger, and very carefully wiggle it back and forth ( sideways) while sliding it out slowly. You do not need a game console, but you do need a compatible smart phone. Everything else comes in the box: Star Wars Jedi Challenges headset, Lightsaber controller, tracking beacon and the app that is a download for the game and set up. Help!!!I just got this for my husband. It is fully charged, however the lightsaber will not synch with my iphone 6. He tried contacting lenovo and they could not help. We are taking it back to the store. Has anyone had this issue?

Please make sure you are running IOS 11.1 or a later version. Sometimes when using an older IOS the wait time for the connection to the Lightsaber controler can take 30 seconds or more. It is very important when setting up the system for the first time to use the "app" that is provided to guide you through the entire set up process. This insures that the whole system: headset, phone, tracking beacon and Lightsaber controller, will be synced correctly. First time I set this up, it works great. Now it jumps all over the place. I've reset the phone back to factory default and reinstalled the app. Still doesn't work. Tried on a different phone. Same problem. LG V20 and iPhone X.
