There are generic 15.6" screen protectors available, not one specifically made for this model. Any case made for a 15.6" laptop will work. No pen is included, but the screen is compatible with an active/digital pen. This system has a Thunderbolt 3.1 port.

Are there problems with fan noise like on Yoga 710? I am asking this because, I have already read some complains on internet about 720 15'' because of fun noise. I hoped that Lenovo will solve fan noise problems after complains on Yoga 710?

This is a new model. There are no fan noise issues. The fan runs normally. There will be normal fan sound when the fan is operating. This is the case with any brand with a fan.
