I just purchased this laptop, and it was delivered two days ago. I paid $379.99 for it, and today it's on sale for $309.99. Does Best Buy refund the $70 difference, or am I stuck??

What is the screen resolution. I need to have a minimum of 1024x768 pixels.

This model has 1366 x 768 HD resolution screen.

Are there parental Controls for the internet?

Does this use the regular 288-pin RAM modules? I cannot find anything on the website or using the manual. Unfortunately, the lenovo.encompass site does not have it listed either

This system ships with 4GB of DDR4-2400MHz UDIMM layout of 288 pins.
