Why does the wireless card not work in this computer out of the box? It will connect but the internet wont work. I have other pc's and phones that work fine on the wireless connection by the way.

Is the ram upgradeable to 16GB as stated in the specs? I understand 4gb is soldered but can I swap the other with a 12gb is that does exist.

This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM the open slot can support is 8GB, for a total system RAM of 12GB.

Is the RAM upgradeable?

This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. There are 4GB of RAM soldered to the motherboard and there is one slot with 4GB RAM. A certified technician can replace this with 8GB for a system total of 12GB.

Can this laptop edit videos well on Sony Vegas Pro?

That will depend on the requirements of the software. We recommend you check with the software publisher for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
