This system uses Realtek Audio Codec drivers. It does not appear that this Codec is compatible with ASIO protocols at this time.

I understand it has a subscription for office 365 but does it have the office windows programs on the computer as well? I purchased a laptop last year and that was the case.

There is a 1-year subscription to Microsoft Office 365. This includes all of the Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
