I just purchased this laptop. The two finger scrolling does not work with Windows 10 email app. Is there a fix to this problem?

After purchasing is it possible to replace SSD with a larger hard drive myself for either model? Or to add a secondary hard drive (SSD or standard)? Neither 256 or 512 is large enough for my needs (audio production) so looking to see if I can add any.

Only a certified technician can replace the hard drive, so as to not void the warranty.
