Could the memory in this model be increased to 8 or 16 gb?

A certified technician can increase the RAM to the system maximum of 16GB, a certified technician must do the work so as to not void the warranty.

I'm having scaling issue all over the place. I've found trick to create "manifest" file and in some cases it resolves the problem, but the text appear unclear. With 4K display some apps act not properly. The mousepad is not working sometimes (on Chrome)
