I just bought this lap top, the only issue I have is, almost everytime i click on something the lower left "help me/search" screen pops up. how do I stop this?

It sounds like you are accidentally right clicking with the touchpad rather than left clicking. Be sure your finger is more to the left on the bottom of the touchpad to "select click".

Will devices with a usb 2.0 type A connector work properly if connected to the usb 3.0 type C port with the appropiate connectors?

That will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the streaming service first, the requirements and compatibility of the specific game. We recommend you check with the both the streaming service and game's software web sites for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
