The Tab 4, 10.1 has a Micro USB, and you can use a Micro USB to HDMI ,MHL adaptor cable to connect to a newer TV. You can tell if this will work by checking the HDMI port on the TV for a MHL logo above it. If it has the MHL logo, you are ready to go.

That really depend on the requirements od the specific games. I have a few questions. Is the casing/surface made of metal or plastic? Are the keys plastic or rubber-like texture? And how do the speakers sound considering they are on the bottom of the laptop - clear/muffled/loud enough/not loud enough?

The case of this system is plastic. The keyboard keys are plastic. With regard to the speakers, there are two stereo 1.5W speakers and Dolby Audio sound enhancement. The speakers are on the bottom front of the device.

How long does the laptop hold it’s charge? Also is it touchscreen? Do the apps when you are trying to open them load quickly?

This system has a battery life of up to 5 hours, depending on the work that the device is performing. This model does not have a touchscreen. The speed of APPs loading will depend on the individual APPs. Overall, this system with its Intel Core I-5-8250U processor and 8GB RAM, is a fast system.
