Is 500GB hard drive very much? I will use this laptop for word docs, surfing the web, playing simple games...solitare, casino games, etc, FB just those kinds of things. I will store some pics too but I also have an external hard drive. Is it Lightweight?

Hi, I purchased my Lenovo laptop august last year, suddenly my son was doing his homework and told me the mouse doesn't work anymore. The mouse won't stop moving. I only have manufacturers protection what should I do?

This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the top left side of the keyboard, right near the left hinge on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will allow you to either restore without removing files and programs or remove all programs an file and restore only the operating system to the device. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset if you choose to remove files and programs. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files.

This will depend on the requirements of the software you are using. We recommend you check with the software publisher of the program(s) you will be using for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

What are the dimensions for the laptop .. I know screen is 15.6 but what about the computer width? It's for sleeve and case purposes
