This model comes with the AMD A12-9720P processor. Graphics processing is integrated within the A12-9720P processor, there is no discrete graphics card within this model. The graphics version within the processor is the R7 version.

I got to the end of the order and a message stated that it sent a temporary pin to an email address that isn't mine. I can't finish the order.

We recommend you contact your local Best Buy Store and talk to the Customer Service Desk. Hopefully they will be able to help with either continuing your order or cancelling it so you can start over again.

I've owned 3 laptops with these kind of Processors the past 2 both failed (and for some reason after the warranty expires). My most recent laptop HP 15.6" AMD A9 failed. Are these AMD Processors really worth buying another one?

AMD processors are well respected in the computing industry. Be sure you choose a processor based system that can perform the work you intend to use the computer for. For instance, the configuration of this system is a light use to mid-range computer. This computer is not meant for heavy use, multi-task type of work. If you have multiple programs/windows open at the same time, all day long, this computer will not meet your computing needs.
