Can I use this in Sweden, with European electrical current, if I buy a cord there? Usually laptops' cords are two pieces, and I change the plug cord--works fine. This cord is one piece. Will this one run on the other current with right local cord?

The computer is a 110V system. It does come with a dual voltage AC adapter (AC 120/230 V (50/60 Hz) ). You will need a wall plug adapter to use outside North America.

This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. There is 4GB of RAM soldered to the motherboard and 4GB in the one available memory slot. The maximum RAM this system can support is 12GB, so your certified technician can replace the 4GB stick in the memory slot with 8GB.

That will depend on the requirements of the software.
