What specific SSD is installed in this unit? Is it the Samsung SM951? Is it a 256GB M.2 PCI Express with support for NVMe? If not, does the motherboard support this type of SSD?

The hard drive in this model is the Samsung MZNLN256HCHP M.2 256GB SSD.

Laptop has Atom processor not sure but compare to Celeron, is it good ? For same price if celeron comes which one will be right choice.

The Celeron processor is the next step up from the Atom processor.
